I had just returned from a trip to my native land of Southern CA and my hubby and I were out running errands and got hungry.  I was lamenting to him that I missed CA for so many reasons but the main one was access to high quality, healthy, delicious and fresh food!  I decided to "yelp it up" because neither of us could think of anything like that in Southern Indiana and I am so glad we did because that's the only reason I found CoreLife Eatery!

I love the entire concept and the menu is AMAZING!  I got a power protein bowl with tuna, greens, quinoa, and ginger sesame dressing and it was DIVINE!  I wish we lived closer!!!  This place is everything you need if you want variety and healthy choices for ALL! So damn yummy!!!

So I tried this place for lunch for the second time because my coworker wanted to try. I had Shiitake & tofu with rice noodles.
Again, the broth don't have any flavor... I feel like hot water and some salt??
So my review stays the same stars as before.

Yummy healthy food. Wish they had this in the south end of Louisville. Apparently people in this end of town don't eat healthy or need healthy options. You pick your base your protein and veggies or trey have choices for you. Yummy

Trendy, hipster, and all of that; that's what Corelife Eatery is. It's probably right up the alley of majority of Yelpers; not really my alley though. With that said, I love to sip on homemade bone broth, and I had to check out theirs. Making homemade bone broth is something I do from time to time, but it's time consuming (1-2 days), and time is something that I've been running a deficit on lately. So, I found myself at the hipster Subway-type bowl place instead. The worst part about this place is that it's located down from Chillburger, where I really wanted to go, and have a burger, fries, and dreamsicle milkshake. (Why would anyone do such a thing, when they can have a large cup of bone broth instead? lol)

Corelife has a super convenient location on Veterans Parkway, and the location was easy to get in and out of. It's new and clean inside, with a nice aesthetic that complements its style and offerings well. The staff was friendly enough, but I wouldn't say they went out of their way by any means. For my one-time experience, it was pleasant enough. The chicken and beef bone broth were both great. I'm sure I'll return at some point.

This isn't my Go-To kind of place but my family wanted to give it a shot.
It looked good but was hard to know what to get. I chose the Ranch Flank Steak Bowl as it looked good. It was good, I would prefer a Steak dinner at a nicer restaurant for the price. They didn't have the roasted root vegetables, which was what I wanted. If I had known that all they had were the Brussels sprouts, I would have likely made a different selection!
The ranch was AWESOME and mixed with their broth they put on top, was really good!
My son got the kids power plate which wasn't really appropriate for a one year old. I got the broccoli instead and it was hard and cold and loaded with flavor. It was okay for me. The chicken was kind of hard and chewy so it was hard for him to eat. But he loved his oranges.
If I returned, I would try the chicken Cobb salad and the Apple Cider Green Tea Which was delish!
